Sophie & Mark, 38 & 40, Australia (1 month replacement as a couple)

We were looking for a unique way to travel and work at the same time, and this opportunity was perfect. Running a cozy B&B in Spain for a month allowed us to experience the local culture while managing the daily operations. We handled breakfast service, guest check-ins, and even helped with small renovations. It was hard work but extremely rewarding, and we met so many interesting people along the way!
